For our Smart Family Bundle, we provide 1x 19L bottle shell with Zero Security Deposit. If you already have standard empty 19L PC shells, we simply exchange them. For additional extra shells, a minimal refundable security deposit applies.
We operate fixed weekly delivery routes across major colonies and roads (such as DHA, Gulgasht, Buch Villas, Bosan Road, Model Town). Once your route is assigned, our delivery van delivers fresh refills directly to your doorstep on designated days (1x or 2x weekly).
Regular scheduled route deliveries have no extra trip fees. However, if you run out of water unexpectedly and need an urgent off-route / same-day emergency delivery, a nominal special dispatch fee of Rs. 200 applies per trip.
You can simply leave your empty 19L bottles outside your gate or inform our WhatsApp support team a few hours in advance. You can also pause or reschedule your regular delivery day with a quick message.
Noorè - Aab Mineral-Balanced Water undergoes multi-stage automated filtration, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ozonation, and UV sterilization. Our water strictly meets food safety standards and lab test reports are available upon request via Customer Support.
